Here is a reminder from Randy Talbutt.
Please let everyone know and remind them about the camp out on Jan 14,15,and 16th at Brazos bend state park. I will try to get a shelter. Its $25 a night per site, and thats for 8 people with electric and water. That would be good for 2 camper trailers, then divide it in half at $12.50 per night. Friday and Sat night and leave on Sunday. There are fire pits there, and grilles there also at the camp site.
It is across the Brazos river past Rosenburg, then South for 25 min to the park past the George ranch. Its a really cool and fun place to go, bring your telescope and binoculars, the views are heavenly!
For the people that don't want to camp, just do a picnic, and enjoy the evening show then head home, it a fantastic experience!
If you are interested in going contact Randy at 832-721-6655.
